Pirate Athletes!

 

If you are interested in trying out for and/or playing basketball, soccer, wresting, softball, baseball track, tennis or swim, you can pick up physical packets now at PHS Senior Campus. 

 

Once you complete the packet [with your parent] and the physical, get it back so you can get cleared before conditioning and practice starts. This is for all potential athletes for all of the above mentioned sports. Completed packets are to be returned to the Senior Campus (front gate— where you pick up the packets).
