Physical Education
Students will participate in a variety of individual and team activities. This curriculum will provide students with the opportunity to practice and develop the skills necessary to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Some of the units during the semester may include but are not limited to: Volleyball, Basketball, Lacrosse, Fitness, Flag Football, Soccer, Softball, Aquatics, Golf, Team Handball, Tennis, and Ultimate Frisbee. The Five Components of Health Related Fitness will be part of each day’s class grade.
