AP Human Geography

Welcome to the AP Human Geography page!
 
Students are introduced to the systematic study of distribution, processes and effects of human populations on the planet. The units of study in this course include population, movement, culture, language, religion, political geography, economic development, and agriculture. Students will employ spatial concepts and landscape analysis to analyze human social organization and its environmental consequences. Students receiving a score of 3 or higher on the AP Human Geography Examination may qualify for college-level credits.
